Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹3,000. For orders below ₹3,000, shipping is calculated based on your delivery location and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.

Candle bouquets are delivered within Varanasi district only, as they are delicate and handcrafted to order. All other candles are shipped across India.

Most pieces are made to order. We typically prepare and dispatch within 2–5 working days; custom and bulk orders may take a little longer. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Because every candle is handmade and often customised, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a product opening (unboxing) video— a clear, unedited video recorded while you open the parcel — and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that claims without an opening video cannot be accepted.

Slight variations in colour, texture and finish are natural and part of the charm of a hand-poured product — no two are exactly alike.
